    Looking Back At AHR Exposition

Our company, Clean Alert, recently attended the AHR Expo in Orlando, Florida last month and it was awesome! We were there to learn, network and showcase our FILTERSCAN technology for contractors and facility managers. Going to a convention that brings in over 60, 000 HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) professionals was a great opportunity to find new markets, interact with other HVACR professionals, and more!

The 2016 AHR Expo is an annual event that was held from the 25th – 27th of January at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. It was a great opportunity to see how the HVACR community and industry has developed in the last year and what direction it was going.

It was great to mingle with people who work in the same industry, have a chance to look at new technology and ideas that are occurring within the HVACR community, and see how Clean Alert’s filter scan fits within this industry. It’s the one place where you can see the variety of products that are related to the Clean Alert filter scan product but also see how we can partner with various other products.

The CleanAlert FILTERSCAN technology is a very specific application that's an important part to the building but it can also compliment other products as well. So it was the one place where I can see the different manufacturers and their units where our filter scanner will be applied and be able to talk to them and get feedback from them on our application.

The most interesting thing about the AHR Expo was seeing different products and technology that also utilize Wi-Fi to provide with building owners and managers a tool that makes them more productive and their lives easier. Not only were big companies like Honeywell and Johnson Tools beginning to use this technology but also smaller companies as well. It was great to see the different trends that are going on within the marketplace and how we can use that information to not only benefit Clean Alert but also how we can use that information to benefit our customers as well.

All the sessions seemed very interesting and informative. Topics ranged from HC Refrigerant Safety to Humidification Done Right to even Global Trends in the HVAC Industry.

With the convention having over 2000 exhibits, different seminars and presentations, plus a whopping 60, 000 HVACR and Facility Management professionals there was no shortage of opportunities to learn and inform others about Clean Alert and our filter scan.

This was a great event and we'll be back next year!
